At My Blackout, we want you to enjoy a perfect night's sleep; if you are not completely satisfied with your portable blackout blind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the portable blackout blind and all accessories in the original box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned blind, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
